On 5 August 2025, Elite Gaming A/S has accepted a fine of DKK 9,000 for breaching Section 15, in conjunction with Section 21(1), of Executive Order No. 1289 of 29 November 2019 on gaming machines in gaming archades and restaurants.

The violation consisted of Elite Gaming A/S, on 6 March 2025 at the gaming venue Strøg-Kiosken, located at Stationsvej 30, 5464 Brenderup, having used three profitable gaming machines, that lacked a valid inspection certificate.

Under the rules, there must be a valid inspection certificate from an accretided inspection company for each profitable gaming machine being installed. The certificate must be no more than five years.
