Sale of lottery tickets for charity lotteries from websites

Following specific enquiries from providers of charity lotteries wishing to sell lottery tickets from their website, the Danish Gambling Authority has decided that this may be done.

However, this requires that the buyer receives a hard copy of the lottery ticket.

The Danish Gambling Authority asseses that this will not conflict with the prohibition to organise lotteries next to automates or electronic terminals.
