The Danish Gambling Authority has published guideline about provision of guessing competitions. The guideline is primarily intended individuals and companies who wish to offer guessing competitions in Denmark.
The guideline defines when guessing competitions are covered by the Gambling Act, the delimitation to other competitions/games, when a licence is required and when it is not possible to obtain a licence.
