Use of the Danish Gambling Authority's labelling scheme

It is only operators with a licence to offer gambling activities who may use the Danish Gambling Authority's label on their website, in their marketing material, etc. Operators who use the label without a licence may incur liability under the Marketing Practices Consolidation section 3 on misleading and undue marketing.
The following may use the label:
- operators with a licence to provide betting and online casino
- Danske Lotteri Spil
- Klasselotteriet
- entities which hold a licence to land-based casinos and to the setting up and operation of gaming machines (AWP).
Organisations etc. who have obtained a licence to hold a charity lottery can contact the Danish Gambling Authority if they want to use the label for instance on scratch cards, marketing materials etc.
