New guide on sales promoting arrangements

In connection with the new executive orders, which came into force on 1 January, the Danish Gambling Authority has produced new guides.
The Guide on sales promoting arrangements replaces the former "Guideline regarding compulsory disclosure of conditions when marketing a bonus offer" of September 2014.

Guide on sales promotion
The guide is a supplement to the gambling legislation's chapters on sales promotion and is published in December 2020, as a consequence of the new executive orders.
