New digital forms

This means that you must fill in and submit the form online from now on if you have a Danish CVR number or an SE number and an employee signature/NemID. 
Our forms are available on www.indberet.virk.dk.

On our website, we link to the individual forms on www.indberet.virk.dk. The links can be found under each gambling area. 

We have digitalised all forms except 3-01 “Application regarding supply of lottery, horse and dog betting” and 9-01 “Registration in ROFUS for persons who do not have a NemID”.
