“Guidelines on compulsory disclosure of conditions when marketing a bonus offer”

As a result of the enforcement project of the Danish Gambling Authority on marketing of bonus offers, which was completed in June 2014, we have found it necessary to clarify the guideline on this field, “Guidelines on compulsory disclosure of conditions when marketing a bonus offer”.

First of all, we have clarified the guideline regarding media with unlimited space, especially the game providers´ own websites.
In addition, we have adjusted the general usage in the guideline, and in connection with this, we have chosen to name the updated guideline “Version 2”.
The English version of the guideline has also been updated and modified in accordance with the Danish version of the guideline.
