On 27 November 2015, Director of the Danish Gambling Authority, Birgitte Sand, has on behalf of Denmark signed a cooperation agreement with other EEA Member States.
The cooperation arrangement is an output of the work in the Expert Group on Gambling Services, which is set up by the EU Commission.
The signing of the arrangement pursues cooperation policy with regulatory authorities sharing a common view on gambling regulation.
The arrangement enhance the efficiency of regulation carried out by the authorities in regulatory areas such as:
- the fight against money laundering and terrorist financing
