Conditions for licences to betting and online casino
This information of 9 December 2011 concerns conditions for licences.
As anounced yesterday the Danish Gambling Authority publishes the conditions which are applicable in the period from 1 January 2012 to the executive orders enter into force.
The executive orders have been transfered by and large to conditions. Among other things we have moderated the requirement for gaming acounts so that you now have two month to confirm the identity of the player. Apart from that the rules are unchanged. That means that the player may not pay more than DKK 10,000 to a provisional gaming account and that it is not possible to pay money from the account.
In addition the requirement for the use of a digital signature has been removed.
At the moment the conditions are only available in Danish.
