Fine to Anpartsselskabet af den 05-02-2003 for breach of gambling legislation
The Anpartsselskabet af den 05-02-2003 has on 3 June 2025 accepted a fine of DKK 5,000 for violation of the rules of the gambling legislation regarding the sealing of gaming machines.
The Anpartsselskabet af den 05-02-2003 has on 3 June 2025 accepted a fine of DKK 5,000 for violation of section 15, cf. section 21(1), cf. subsection 2, of Executive Order No. 1289 of 29 November 2019 on gaming machines in gambling arcades and restaurants.
The violation consists of the fact that the Anpartsselskabet af den 05-02-2003 had grossly negligently used the gaming machine CGMulti5 with ID no. 00001678c094 with a broken seal for an unknown period and until 6 March 2025 at the gambling premises Bodegaen Aarup, Bredgade 59, 1., 5560 Aarup.
According to the regulations, gaming machines where the seal is broken may not be used until a new inspection has been carried out.
