Application (total revenue of more than DKK 20,000)
If you want to apply for a licence to a charity lottery with a total revenue of more than DKK 20,000 you must apply to the Danish Gambling Authority at least 4 weeks prior to having the charity lottery.
Notification (total revenue less than DKK 20,000)
If you want to notify a charity lottery (lottery with a total revenue of less than DKK 20,000) you must give a written notification to the Danish Gambling Authority at least 14 days before conducting the charity lottery.
In order to conduct a charity lottery legally it is important that you respect the deadlines for submitting the application/notification.
