Changes to the report of the first year of provision of gambling

Who must submit the report of the first year of provision of gambling
The licensee must submit the report to the Danish Gambling Authority no later than 14 months after the providing of betting and/or online casino has commenced. Hence, it is not the start date of the licence which is important, but when the actual provision of gambling has commenced. Licence holders with a licence to both betting and online casino must only submit one report covering both licences, as long as the licences have commenced at the same time.
The report must be completed in Danish and must be completed after the first year of provision of gambling and after the first year after a renewal of the licence.
The report of the first year of provision of gambling covers the first 12 months from the start of provision of gambling under the licence.
How to submit the report of the of provision of gambling
The Danish Gambling Authority’s contact form must be used when submitting the report. Select the category “Betting” or “Online Casino”.
Failure to submit the report of the first year of provision of gambling
The consequences of failure to submit the report or element within the report may be a violation of the Danish Gambling Act and may result in withdrawal of the licence.
