Update of guidances on markting of gambling

The Danish Gambling Authority's guidance on duty of disclosure when markting gambling and the guidance on sales promotion have been updated to version 3 and 5, respectively. 

The changes cover, among other things, a clarification and introduction of various requirements to the duty of disclosure and an elaborated description of different types of sales promotion, for example, boosted odds and game challenges. 

The updated guidances are available under "Marketing of gambling" and you can read more about the changes in the version history.

Guide on sales promotion

The guide is a supplement to the gambling legislation's chapters on sales promotion and is published in December 2020, as a consequence of the new executive orders.
