Guide on betting and online casino updated

As the phasing out of NemID has necessitated an update of section 7 of the Executive Orders on online casino and online betting, the Danish Gambling Authority has released an updated version of the guide on betting and online casino.
The changes concerns an update of the sections on responsible gambling and ROFU as well as the amendments of the rules on NemID to MitID.
The guidance will be updated regularly following amendments of the gambling legislation. Every updated version will be announced on the website, and the version number on the front page will be adjusted to illustrate that a new version has been published.
The guidance can be found under the menu “For Businesses and Associations” under “Online casino” or "Betting".
