Draft of amendment of executive order on online casino and executive order on online betting sent out for consultation

The draft includes amendments of provisions on NemID (common log-in solution) as well as amount limits for online bingo offered via television, among other things.
The amendments of the provisions on NemID are made because MitID will replace NemID.
Please note that the Ministry for Taxation requests that any comments for the executive order be made no later than Tuesday the 30th of November 2021 at 12 noon.
