Guide: Gambling operator's duty of disclosure when marketing gambling

The Danish Gambling Authority has released a guide for gambling operators and other stakeholders about gambling operators' duty of disclosure when advertising and marketing gambling.

The guide is a supplement to the Danish Gambling Authority's guide on sales promoting arrangements and the new executive orders. The executive orders mean, among other things, that gambling operators must inform consumers of the StopSpillet helpline, the option to self-exclude with ROFUS and the Danish Gambling Authority's label in connection with their marketing.
