Between 23 August 2025 and 17 September 2025, Bos Automater & El offered gambling on slot machines without a necessary licence from the Danish Gambling Auhtority at the gambling premises Langå Bodega at the address Bredgade 49, 8870 Langå, which constituted the breach.

This is a breach of section 59(1) of the Gambling Act. On 7 April 2026, Bos Automater & El accepted the fine.
