Lone Rasmussen fined for breach of the gambling legislation

Lone Rasmussen has accepted a fine of DKK 5,000 for turning on a slot machine with two broken seals.

On 5 December 2024, Lone Rasmussen had turned on the slot machine Midnight Madness med ID-nr. 0000000025a9 despite two broken seals on the machine, which constituted the breach. The breach took place at the gambling premises Snuppy Bodega at the address Hvidovrevej 267, 2650 Hvidovre.

According to the rules, a slot machine with a broken seal cannot be used before a new inspection has taken place.

This is a breach of section 15(21)(1) of the Executive order no. 1289 of 29 November 2019 on slot machines in gambling arcades and restaurants. On 26 March 2026, Lone Rasmussed accepted the fine.
