C.A.H Automatservice ApS fined for breaching the gambling legislation
C.A.H Automatservice ApS has accepted a fine of DKK 6,000 for failure to comply with the Danish Gambling Auhtority's order.
The breach consisted in C.A.H Automatservice ApS's failure to comply with the Danish Gambling Authority's order of 30 October 2025. The order entailed a duty to act for C.A.H. Automatservice ApS to ensure within a set deadline of 13 November 2025 that three conditions were met at the gambling premises Frederiksborg Haveforening at the address Trollesmindealle 34, 3400 Hillerød: a) signage saying that persons under 18 cannot gamble on slot machines, b) reference to the Danish Gambling Authority's helpline StopSpillet, and c) the Danish Gambling Authority's label.
It is a breach of section 59(5)(9) cf. section 49a(1) of the Gambling Act. On 3 March 2026 C.A.H Automatservice ApS has accepted a fine for the breach.
