Danske Licens Spil A/S fined for breach of Gambling Act

On 20 March 2026, Danske Licens Spil A/S has accepted a fine of DKK 3.640 for offering and selling betting products in a shop without an approved manager to manage day-to.day operations.

This is a breach of section 38(1) of the Gambling Act cf. section 37.

The breach took place between 17 April  2025 up to and including 17 June 2025 at the gambling premises Købmand Sommerbyen Højvænge at the address on Ågerupvej 100, 2750 Ballerup.
