C.A.H. Automatservice ApS fined for breach of the Gambling Act

On 8 January 2026 C.A.H. Automatservice ApS has accepted a fine of DKK 1,170 for offering gambling on gaming machines without a licence. It is a breach of section 59(1) cf. section 3(1) of the Gambling Act. The breach took place between the 10th of July up to and including the 29th of July 2025 at the gambling premises Cafe Francke, Franckesvej 2, st., 2000 Frederiksberg.
