On 8 December 2025, Olfert 2000 ApS has accepted a fine of DKK 5,000 for breaching section 15 cf. section 21(1) of the Executive Order on 29 November 2019 on gaming machines in gambling arcades and restaurants.

On 23 April 2025, Olfert ApS had turned on the gaming machine SAMURAI with ID no. 00000E50D601 on which the seal was broken at the gambling premises Spillehallen Grønløkken on the address Grønløkken 1, 5000 Odense C.

According to the rules, a gaming machine with a broken seal cannot be used before a new inspection has been made.
