Fairgame ApS fined for breach of the gambling legislation

On 24 October 2025, Fairgame ApS has accepted a fine of DKK 3,982 for breaching section 59(1) cf. section 61 cf. section 3(1). The breach consisted in offering gambling on gaming machines without a licence from the Danish Gambling Authority between the 11th and 14th of January 2025 at the gambling premises Æ Ølstouw at the address Østergade 2, 6950 Ringsted.
