Buffalo Food ApS fined for breach of the Gambling Act

On 6 October 2025, Buffalo Food ApS has accepted a fine of DKK 10,912 for breach of section 59(1) cf. section 3(1) of the Gambling Act. The breach consisted in offering gambling on gaming machines during the period between 1 May 2025 and 30 May 2025, at the Billard Klubben 777 gaming premises at Smallegade 11, 7400 Herning, even though their license to offer gambling expired on 30 April 2025.
