West End fined for breach of the gambling legislation

On 10 September 2025, West End has accepted a fine of DKK 6,928 for breaching section 59(1) of the Gambling Act cf. section 3(1) of the Gambling Act. The breach consisted in offering gambling on gaming machines without a licence from the Danish Gambling Authority between the 27th and 31st of January 2025 at the gambling premises West End on Brårupgade 6, 7800 Skive.
