Restaurant Havnens Perle ApS fined for breach of the gambling legislation

On 31 July 2025, Restaurantens Perle ApS has accepted a fine of DKK 3,000 for breaching Section 59 (5) (9) of the Gambling Act, cf. Section 49a, by failing to comply in time with the Danish Gambling Authority's order of 6 December 2024 regarding transfer of data from the gaming machines at the gaming venue Havnens Perle, located at Dagmar Petersens Gade 10, 8000 Aarhus C, to the Danish Gambling Authority's central monitoring system under the correct main number. The deadline for complying the order was 20 December 2024.
