Jackpot Automater Aps fined for breach of the gambling legislation

On 20 June 2025, Jackpot Automater Aps has accepted a fine of DKK 3,000 for grossly negligently breaching section 16(1) cf. section 21(1) of the Executive Order no. 1289 of the 29th of November 2019 on gaming machines in gambling arcades and restaurants. The breach consisted in Jackpot Automater Aps on 19 December 2024 at the gambling premises Tørring Døgnkiosk, Bredgade 28, 7160 Tørring, had offered the progressive feature game Surprize with the ID no. 20081384 even though it was last inspected in March 2019. Therefore, the five-year deadline for inspection had expired.
