Hedemarks Automater ApS fined for breach of the Gambling Act

On 23 June 2025, Hedemarks Automater ApS accepted a fine of DKK 10,000 for breaching section 23(2) cf. section 59(5)(1) of the Gambling Act. The breach consisted of the fact that Hedemarks Automater ApS as the responsible licence holder had omitted to ensure that the gambling arcade Las Vegas Spillehal on the address Kongevej 1A, 6510 Gram was staffed during all opening hours on 19 October 2024.
