Long John/Pandekage-Huset Drago Milicic fined for breach of gambling legislation
On 9 May 2025, Long John/Pandekage-Huset Drago Milicic was sentenced to a fine of DKK 6,000 in the City Court of Horsens for breach of the rules of gambling legislation on information to the players.
On 9 May 2025, Long John/Pandekage-Huset Drago Milicic was fined DKK 6,000 by the Court of Horsens breaching section 18(2), and section 19(1), in accordance with section 21(1), of the Executive Order No. 1289 of 29 November 2019 on gaming machines in gambling arcades and restaurants.
The offence consisted in the fact that there was no reference to the Danish Gambling Authority’s helpline for responsible gambling in close connection with the gaming machines placed at the gambling premises Long John, Nørregade 36, 8700 Horsens, and easily visible to the player, and that the Danish Gambling Authority’s labelling scheme was not applied.
