On 10 March 2025 DAN-AUTOMATER STRUER A/S has accepted a fine of DKK 5,000 for breaching section 15 cf. section 21(1) of the executive order no. 1289 of the 29th of November 2019 on gaming machines in gambling arcades and restaurants, cafés and bars. The breach consisted of omitting to ensure that the gaming machine “Allan Capone” with the ID no. 00000000270a could not be used due to a broken seal. The gaming machine was installed at Støtteforeningen Herning Bankocenter, on the address: Smedegade 12-16, 7400 Herning.
