West End fined for breach of the Gambling Act

The breach consisted in West End's failure to comply with the Danish Gambling Authority's order of 9 October 2025. The order entailed for West End to ensure no later than 23 October 2025 that data from the gambling premises West End at the address  Brårupgade 6, 7800 Skive is transferred to the central monitoring system at the DGA with the correct main number (the number that is used to identify the individual gambling premises).

It is a breach of section 59(5)(9) of the Gambling Act cf. section 49 a(1). On 8 April 2026, West End accepted the fine.
