MG Automater ApS fined for breach of the gambling legislation
MG Automater ApS has accepted a fine of DKK 6,000 for having used a slot machine after the five-year deadline for inspection, and for not complying with the Danish Gambling Authority's order in time.
The breach partly consisted in MG Automat ApS's failure to comply in time with the Danish Gambling Authority's order that was given on 29 October 2025. The decision was made in accordance with section 49 a of the Consolidation Act on Gambling no. 1182 of 22 September 2025. Failure to comply with decisions under seciton 49(a) is a breach of section 59(5)(9)
In addition, the breach consisted in MG Automater ApS using a slot machine after the five-year inspection deadline. This is a breach of section 16(1) of the Executive Order no. 1289 of 29 November 2019 on slot machines in gambling arcades and restaurants.
On 7 April 2026 MG Automater ApS has accepted a fine for the breach.
