Once you have obtained a licence to offer games in Denmark, the Danish Gambling Authority supervises whether you, as an operator, comply with the terms of your licence and adhere to the rules in the Gambling Act and the Anti‑Money Laundering Act, whether you offer land‑based games or online games.
