Fees on revenue restricted licences
The annual fees are adjusted in accordance with the applicable legislation for revenue‑restricted gaming licences.
You must an application pay a fee of DKK 68,700 in 2026 for a revenue‑restricted licence for betting or online casino, valid for a maximum of one year.
A revenue‑restricted licence may be granted if the taxable gambling revenue (stakes minus winnings) does not exceed DKK 1,000,000, or if the gambling turnover does not exceed DKK 5,000,000 and the payout percentage does not exceed 20 percent.
If the application is rejected, half of the fee (DKK 34,400) will be refunded.
