Reporting of technical breakdowns

You can only report technical breakdowns as a result of broken prints or batteries in technical installations and bonus games. 

The broken-down unit must be inspected by an accredited test company no later than 14 days after the seal has been broken. If this rule is not complied with, it can lead to a liability case.
