C.A.H. Automatservice ApS fined for breach of the gambling legislation
On 1 May 2026, the Fredriksberg disctrict court imposed a DKK 34,606 fine on C.A.H. Automatservice ApS for breaching section 59(1) cf. 3(1) of the Gambling Act.
On 1 May, the Frederiksberg district court found C.A.H. Automatservice ApS guilty of breaching section 59(1) cf. section 3(1) of the Gambling Act. The breach took place at the gambling premises City Bar at Frederiksborgvej 7, st., 2400 København NV in the period from 7 June 2025 up to and including 11 June 2025 and consisted in offering gambling on slot machines without a licence from the Danish Gambling Authority.
C.A.H. Automatservice ApS failed to appear in court. On this basis, and since the circumstances of the case did not speak against it, the court processed the case as if C.A.H. Automatservice ApS had confessed to the offence.
