On 28 July 2025, Dan-Automater Struer A/S has accepted a fine of DKK 3,000 for breaching sections 18 and 19(1) cf. section 21(1) of the Executive Order no. 1289 of the 29th of November 2019 on gaming machines in gambling arcades and restaurants.

The breach consisted in failing to post the Danish Gambling Authority's label so it was easily visible to the player and in close connection to the gaming machine installed at the gambling premises Cafe Guldhornene on the address Jomfru Anes Gård 5, 9000 Aalborg, on 6 March 2025.
