On 25 July 2025, Elite Gaming A/S has accepted a fine of DKK 5,000 for breaching Section 15, in conjunction with Section 21(1), of Executive Order No. 1289 of 29 November 2019 on gaming machines in gaming archades and restaurants.

The violation consisted of Elite Gaming A/S, on 19 February 2025 at the gaming venue Cashpoint Flagship, located at Amagerbrogade 163, 2300 København S, having used the gaming machine FortunaOnline with the ID 0014C6078E11 with a broken seal.

Under the rules, a technical installation with a broken seal may not be used until a new inspection has been carried out.
