On 29 July 2025, HPM Gilleleje ApS has accepted a fine of DKK 5,000 for breaching Section 15, in conjunction with Section 21(1), of Executive Order No. 1289 of 29 November 2019 on gaming machines in gaming archades and restaurants.

The violation consisted of HPM Gilleleje ApS, on 14 May 2025 at the gaming venue Skipperkroen, located at Gilleleje Hovedgade 8, 3250 Gilleleje, having used a technical installation (Datboks) which had a broken seal. Under the rules, a technical installation with a broken seal may not be used until a new inspection has been carried out.
